- Beauty Berry is not responsible for any damage after the delivery of the products.
- An unboxing video must be included with the original packaging in the event that claims for missing items, leakage, breakage, damage, or incorrect product are made.
- In case of a refund to be claimed, kindly contact our customer care on +919599038858 or write to us on beautyberrycosmetic@gmail.com with the necessary images and videos related to your claim with subject line “Refund For...”.
- Please decline the shipment from the delivery partner immediately if it seems to have been tampered with, damaged, or defective.
- If the order is listed as delivered and the purchaser has not received it within 3 days, please contact the customer service staff at +919599038858. No refunds will be issued beyond this period.
- The amount of refund does not include the delivery charge, as they are non-refundable by delivery partners.
- Any cash on delivery refunds will be initiated to the customer's bank account in the mentioned way within 4-7 working days..
- A claim for refund should be made within 24 hours of order delivery with the details.
- If accepted, your refund may take up to 15 days to be credited from the day of refund acceptance by Beauty Berry .
- Beauty Berry will provide all the details with relevant screenshots along with the transaction ID once the refund is initiated.
